- Shipment information, pickup/delivery addresses, contents

- Communications with REDDLAW or Nora (chat, email, phone)
- Browser, device, IP address, and activity logs
- Usage analytics, cookies, session behaviour, bug/error reports
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Operate the Platform and manage your account
- Generate quotes, route shipments and coordinate services
- Enable pre-authorized payments and financial settlement
- Communicate updates, confirmations and operational alerts
- Detect anomalies, fraud or safety risks
- Train or refine internal models (non-personalized where possible)
- Improve Platform performance, reliability and user experience
- Generate aggregated, anonymised freight market analytics (lane volumes, rate trends, timing patterns) which may be shared with or licensed to third parties. Individual shipment data is never shared — only anonymised aggregate statistics.
2.1 Aggregated Data Products
REDDLAW may use anonymised, aggregated transaction data to produce market intelligence products. This data contains no personally identifiable information and cannot be traced back to any individual shipment or shipper. The legal basis for this processing is REDDLAW's legitimate interest in developing analytics products (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
You have the right to object to this processing at any time by contacting ops@reddlawlogistics.com. Objections will be processed within 30 days.
3. Nora & AI Data Use
REDDLAW uses automation and AI (“Nora”) to assist with quoting, routing, safety checks and risk scoring. Nora may access shipment details, account data and historical patterns to operate effectively.
AI outputs are informational and do not replace legal, customs or regulatory expertise. AI training is performed using internal data stores under strict access controls.
4. What We Share
We share only the information necessary to operate and fulfill shipments:
- Pickup/delivery details with Carriers
- Operational notes relevant to service performance
- Limited billing details with payment processors (we do not store full card numbers)
- Data with service providers who support Platform operations
We do NOT sell your data to third parties.
5. Data Retention
We retain shipment and account data only as long as required for:
- Operational purposes
- Legal, tax or regulatory requirements
- Fraud prevention and safety investigations
6. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access your personal information
- Correct inaccuracies
- Request deletion where permitted by law
- Withdraw marketing consent
7. Cookies & Tracking Technologies
We use cookies, analytics tools, session logs and similar technologies as described in our Cookie Policy.
