You pay one platform fee per booking, charged when you submit. It covers everything the platform does for that shipment: sourcing, verification, tracking, monitoring, documents. The fee is €89, US$109, A$149, NZ$169 depending on your market, and it never scales with the value of your freight.
Yes. Carriers invoice you directly at the rates they quoted. Reddlaw never handles your freight payments and never adds a margin to carrier pricing. The platform fee is the only charge from us.
Reddlaw works globally. We're currently onboarding clients in Australia, New Zealand, and across Europe including the UK, Switzerland, and Norway. Shipments touching the United States are on hold until our US broker bond is in place. If you're outside our live markets, reach out anyway, chances are we can still help.
AI agents source carriers for your lane and gather quotes. Each quote passes a pricing verification step before you see it, so the price you accept is the price that was verified, not an estimate that changes later.
The platform monitors every active shipment for exceptions. Missing documents, stale tracking, and stalled milestones get flagged on your shipment's timeline, and the operations team follows up rather than waiting for you to notice.
Yes. The live demo is open, no signup required. It's filled with seeded example data so you can see exactly what the platform looks like running shipments before you put your own through it.
Businesses that ship freight without an in-house logistics function: importers, wholesalers, distributors, manufacturers, or anybody responsible for moving even the odd pallet without a carrier network in place. If quoting and tracking shipments is a side task stapled to someone's real job, that's exactly who this was built for.
Through our contact page, or email ops@reddlawlogistics.com. We're a small team by design, so you're reaching people who actually work your shipments.
