You pay the platform fee when you submit a booking. From there the platform sources carriers and returns a verified price. Carriers invoice you directly at their quoted rates. Reddlaw is never in the middle of your freight payments, which means no percentage margin, no markup, and no incentive for your shipping costs to grow.
A percentage broker earns more when your freight costs more. On a A$1,500 shipment or a A$15,000 shipment, our fee is the same. The software does the coordination work, so the cost of running your shipment doesn't scale with its value, and neither does your fee.
Every booking gets the full platform: carrier sourcing and quote comparison, pricing verification before you commit, live shipment tracking, exception monitoring that flags problems instead of waiting for you to find them, document storage, the operational timeline, and Nora, the assistant that answers questions about your shipments.
